Continue your journey
with Tables of Ten
You've climbed the mountain, you've summited the peak of your MBE journey — but what's next? The inner work is a lifelong pursuit, and a path better travelled together.
As long-time friends and partners of Small Giants Academy, Global Leadership Foundation has created the natural next step in your journey — supporting you as you integrate the wisdom of the MBE back into your everyday life.
Come and take a seat
The end of your Small Giants Academy MBE experience marks the beginning of a new chapter in your leadership journey, one where the deep work you've started continues to flourish and grow. Our intimate monthly fellowship program honours this path, bringing together nine leaders with one of our dedicated Global Leadership Fellows for transformative half-day sessions.
In this sacred space where deep inner work meets practical leadership development, you'll discover new depths of self-knowledge while forging meaningful connections with purpose-driven leaders across the globe. As your network of conscious changemakers grows, so too will your understanding of your own impact as a leader. Through structured dialogue and thoughtful reflection, you'll explore new opportunities for positive change, both within yourself and in collaboration with others.
This carefully crafted journey allows your inner work to manifest in tangible ways, developing leadership qualities that serve not only your future but your organisation's capacity to support others. Each session builds upon the foundation of your MBE experience, creating lasting impact that ripples outward — from yourself, to your organisation and our wider world. Here, in this intentional space of growth and connection, your leadership journey continues to unfold.
